Registration and Accommodation
The III Congress of Future Generations FBN will have the structure of the Club Med Rio das Pedras working with the system "all inclusive" where the value of the accommodation includes all meals and services of the hotel, snack bar, beverages, access to the pool , sports and all outdoor activities. The FBN Brazil already booked their accommodation with a special value for the group that will participate in this event and also a longer time-out on the 17th (Sunday) to enjoy more the hotel.

- Payment only by Bank Transfer.
- FBN Brasil will send an Invoice to your email with the bank transfer details.
- Once payment has been received your registration will be processed and you will receive a confirmation by email.
* Accommodation rate considering check in on Friday, 15th at 2pm and check out on Sunday, 17th at 2pm. |
Important:
- Rate for accommodation in double room
- Single room is subject to availability and rate increasing
- The distribution of rooms will be in accordance with the registrations. The rooms with ocean view will be booked in order of registration
- The total amount is the registration investment + accommodation
- Support material is already included in this value
- There will be a transfer from Rio de Janeiro international airport (Galeão) |
Companions:
If you bring companions that will not participate of the Congress, tell in the registration form, so the organization of the event can book an extra accommodation - confirmation of availability and extra values will be informed later. |
Early Check in on Friday, 15th
If you want to have lunch at Club Med on the 15th, you can arrive from 11am and pay an extra fee of R$ 70.00 that will give the right to use the services of restaurant and bar ("all inclusive” system). |
Cancellation or Substitution Policy:
If you want your name substituted or cancel your registration, please send a request through fax or email by August, 5th, 2008.

- Will not be accepted requests for cancellation by telephone;
- In case of cancellation until August,5th there will be a reimbursement of the registration value, discounted the hotel costs;
- Cancellation requests received after August,5th will not be accepted and the registration fee will not be reimbursed.
